Don Engebretsen's photographs move between warbird fly-ins, where a restored T-28 Trojan taxis the apron and pilot Neal Melton sits in the cockpit of trainer No. 129, and the restaurant tables where Operation Tailwind veterans and families gather for dinner. Together they document the reunion life that has grown up around the 1970 MACV-SOG raid into Laos, honoring the aircraft that flew in support of it and the bonds among those who lived it.
