Colonel Jim Harding and his wife, Barbara, visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force, pausing before an exhibit honoring Lt. Col. Jerald Ransom, the first A-1E Skyraider pilot to complete 100 combat missions over North Vietnam. Ransom later commanded the 56th Special Operations Wing, the parent organization of the Sandy rescue-escort squadrons that flew the A-1 throughout the war. Project: 219913
