A restored Douglas A-1 Skyraider taxis at a Tennessee airshow. The A-1 Skyraider, a rugged single-seat/two-seat attack aircraft, flew thousands of close air support and search-and-rescue escort missions during the Vietnam War before being retired from U.S. service.
