This P-51 Mustang, marked with black-and-white invasion stripes and the nose art "Ain't Misbehavin'," honors the aircraft flown by Capt. Jesse Frey. Invasion stripes were painted on Allied aircraft ahead of the June 1944 Normandy landings to prevent friendly-fire incidents amid the massive air armada overhead. Project: 219309
