Three moments from "Jim Wold Day" on 2 May 2015: conversation among guests outdoors, a museum gallery presentation surrounded by WWII Army Air Forces flight jackets, a parachute, and a period helmet, and a volunteer seated in the cockpit of a preserved A-1 Skyraider. The Skyraider's nose stencil crediting Pilot Lt Randy Scott and Crew Chief Sgt Mike Long reflects the wartime practice of naming both pilot and maintainer on single-seat combat aircraft, tying the day's remembrance to the Air Commando service history it honors.
