On September 25, 1920, veterans of the 348th Machine Gun Battalion, 91st Division gathered at States Restaurant for their first reunion banquet, two years after the Armistice. The photograph and its hand-lettered caption preserve the fellowship of men who fought together in the Meuse-Argonne and Ypres-Lys campaigns.
