A restored Douglas A-1 Skyraider takes to the sky decades after its Vietnam War service. Once the backbone of VNAF and USAF close air support squadrons, surviving Skyraiders like this one are kept flying today at airshows and memorial events honoring the pilots and units that flew them in combat.
