On the table lie printed sheets of Vietnam-era two-word code names — Cotton Candy, Dark Water, Fish Hook, Hound Dog, Kid Stuff, Linebacker — used for operations, reconnaissance teams and radio call signs. Skyraider crews flew close air support and rescue escort for MACV-SOG teams across the Laotian and Cambodian borders, and the two communities have remained linked through these gatherings.
