Two A-1 Skyraiders fly in formation during a commemorative flyover held for "Operation Tailwind Day." Operation Tailwind was a 1970 MACV-SOG raid into Laos in which Skyraiders like these provided vital close air support for the ground force. Decades later, veterans and aviation enthusiasts continue to honor that mission with memorial flights of the same aircraft type. Project: 219505
