Veterans and supporters gather at a Special Forces Charitable Trust reception honoring Captain Gary 'Mike' Rose, who was awarded the Medal of Honor in October 2017 for his heroism as a Special Forces medic during the secret 1970 cross-border mission known as Operation Tailwind.
