Attendees gather at the Special Forces Charitable Trust reception held October 23, 2017, in honor of Captain Gary M. "Mike" Rose, awarded the Medal of Honor for valor as a Special Forces medic during the classified MACV-SOG Operation Tailwind incursion into Laos in 1970.
