Veterans of MACV-SOG's Operation Tailwind gather at a reception held in conjunction with the October 23, 2017 Medal of Honor ceremony for retired Captain Gary 'Mike' Rose. Rose was decorated for his extraordinary heroism during the 1970 covert incursion into Laos, and this event reunited many of the men who served alongside him and other SOG operators. Project: 219446
