This preserved Douglas A-1 Skyraider, marked "TC / AF 665," is shown on display at the Lloyd TN Air Museum airshow in June 2014. The Skyraider's folding outer wing panel, a legacy of its carrier-based origins, remains a distinctive feature on surviving airframes. Aircraft like this one keep alive the legacy of the Air Force and Air Commando pilots who flew Skyraiders on close air support and rescue escort missions during the Vietnam War. Project: 219310
