Douglas A-1 Skyraider (Tail Code TC, S/N 665) with Wings Folded, Museum of Aviation Grounds
With its Navy-heritage wings raised into their folded position, this camouflaged A-1 Skyraider is repositioned outside the Museum of Aviation. Though flown primarily by the Air Force in Vietnam, the Skyraider's carrier-derived folding wing mechanism remained a distinctive feature of the type throughout its long service life. Project: 219310
