Two vintage T-6/SNJ trainer aircraft, painted in Navy and Air Force training colors, perform a smoke-trailing formation climb at the June 7, 2014 air show at the Lloyd Tennessee Air Museum. These radial-engine trainers, used by American military services from World War II through the Vietnam era to prepare pilots for advanced aircraft, remain popular fixtures on the air show circuit today.
