This magazine page from Warbird Digest #51 (Nov/Dec 2013) documents the A-1H Skyraider 'Lieutenant America,' serial number 139665, owned and flown by Neal Melton from the Tennessee Museum of Aviation. The aircraft retains its original Vietnam War-era paint scheme, restored by WestPac Restorations of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The nickname 'Lieutenant America' was given by Lt. Randy Scott in 1972.
