This tongue-in-cheek image, featuring a pig draped in an 'OLAA' banner, was used for a 2013 reunion of A-1 Skyraider veterans of the 56th Special Operations Wing. The wing, based at Nakhon Phanom, Thailand, operated numerous classified 'Operating Locations' throughout the Vietnam War in support of Air Commando and MACV-SOG missions, and its veterans preserved this playful mascot photo as part of their unit's lasting camaraderie and folklore.
