Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh - Exterior Facade View
The Hotel Le Royal, opened in 1929 under the French protectorate, is among Phnom Penh's most iconic examples of colonial-era architecture. Over the following decades it became a landmark gathering place for diplomats, journalists, and travelers, witnessing the city's transformation through independence, war, and reconstruction.
