Hand-drawn and pre-printed cartoons fill these Victory Mail letters, most sent by U.S. Navy Seabees in the Pacific to Beatrice Cory of San Francisco in 1943 and 1944. Valentine and Easter greetings, comic strips about ship's chores, and censor and holiday handling stamps show how a microfilmed one-page form carried humor, affection, and morale across an ocean.
