This album page from a WWII Hawaii photo collection documents scenes from Schofield Barracks and the nearby Kolekole Pass on Oahu, photographed in January 1943 by a member of the 44th Training Company. Kolekole Pass, visible in several images, is historically notable as a route associated with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941, and Schofield Barracks remained a key U.S. Army training installation throughout the Pacific War.
