The Kotec archive preserves the working life of a military photographer in the China-Burma-India theater, from Kodak aerial mapping film and an infrared project canister to War Department pocket guides, technical manuals, and mission logs kept at Tingkawk Sakan, Burma, in 1944. Keepsake boxes and deteriorated original negatives document both a serviceman's personal record and the archival care now given to it.
