Printed by the Navy/Marine Corps publication system (NAVMC), bulletins of this type were distributed to newly arrived personnel to orient them to post life, regulations, and facilities during World War II. Quantico served as a principal Marine Corps training and administrative center throughout the war, home to Officer Candidate School and various command functions.
