This American Battle Monuments Commission Honor Roll record honors Rufus Lloyd Mounce, an Aerographer's Mate, Second Class, U.S. Navy, killed on December 26, 1952 when his PBM-5S Catalina patrol bomber crashed during an anti-submarine patrol over Korean waters.
