USNTS Aircraft Recognition Training Card: Bristol Beaufort, R.A.F. Attack Bomber (Form 2, 12-8-42)
This 1942 U.S. Navy Training School recognition card taught trainees to identify the Bristol Beaufort, a British Royal Air Force torpedo and attack bomber flown chiefly by Coastal Command. Photographs and multi-angle silhouette drawings gave Allied aircrew and lookouts the visual references needed to quickly recognize the aircraft during World War II operations. Project: 218069
